Teton Transportation, Inc. originally was started as a small company. Teton Motor Freight was founded by Larry and Doug Hammond in 1992. At the present time the headquarters of the company is located in Knoxville, TN. Teton Transportation specializes in manufacturing vehicles (tractors, vans, gooseneck trailers, double drop trailers, stretch trailers, stinger trucks, Stretch Yacht Trailers, Axle Power Units). All tractors and van trailers are equipped with air ride suspension and e-track decking capabilities In1998 the company started a specialized division hauling boats for SeaRay with 5 power units.
